Job Summary:
Provides safe, efficient, and age-specific nursing care to patients in the emergency room setting, utilizing the nursing process to support patient health and recovery. Delivers relationship-based care, ensuring positive outcomes and continuous improvement in clinical practice.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans based on clinical evaluations.
• Implement evidence-based interventions using technical medical equipment and therapies.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.
• Document patient care activities accurately, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
• Demonstrate proficiency in applying advanced life support techniques when necessary.
• Contribute to ongoing professional development and support team collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Ohio.
• Maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong knowledge of the nursing process, clinical assessment, and emergency care protocols.
• Experience with technical equipment such as monitors, thermometers, sphygmomanometers, and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
