Job Summary:
Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care within a hospital outpatient setting. Support treatment plans and contribute to patient recovery through skilled therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing treatment plans prescribed by physical therapists.
• Monitor patient responses and progress during therapy sessions.
• Prepare treatment areas and ensure all equipment is properly maintained.
• Educate patients on exercises and therapeutic activities for continued care.
• Document patient progress and update records accurately.

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification.
• Experience working in outpatient or hospital settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills.
• Ability to follow detailed treatment protocols and documentation procedures.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple patients and treatments.
