Job Summary:
The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) provides selected physical therapy procedures and related tasks under the supervision of a registered Physical Therapist. They support patient treatment plans through modalities and exercise, ensuring adherence to medical needs and limitations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing treatment plans by performing modalities and exercises.
• Document daily notes and discharge data accurately.
• Maintain a neat and orderly departmental environment.
• Support patient care across all age groups, including infants to geriatrics.
• Collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist to monitor patient progress.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Current PTA license in Oklahoma.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Recent traveler experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years inpatient rehab and PTA experience required.
• Demonstrate proficiency in physical therapy procedures and documentation.
• Ability to work independently under supervision.
