Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide outpatient and inpatient care in a healthcare setting. The role involves evaluating, treating, and supporting patients to improve their mobility and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to promote mobility and manage pain.
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards during all clinical activities.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current state license or be eligible for a compact license (will wait for license approval).
• BLS certification is required.
• Possess prior experience in outpatient and inpatient physical therapy settings.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and patient management skills.
• Be available to start ASAP for an initial 13-week assignment with potential extension.
