TactStaff Education is actively building our pipeline of School Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for ongoing opportunities throughout the Arvada, Golden, Morrison, and surrounding Denver Metro areas for the 2026–2027 school year.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct speech and language therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, families, psychologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and special education teams
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary planning
• Maintain timely documentation, progress reports, and Medicaid billing (where applicable)
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, AAC, social communication, and other communication needs

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Colorado Department of Education Special Services Provider License (or ability to obtain prior to start), if required by the district
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows may be considered for select opportunities
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience is preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
