Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit, supporting safe and effective childbirth experiences. Ensure quality patient care through clinical expertise and compassionate support during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor maternal and fetal health throughout labor and delivery.
• Administer medications and interventions as prescribed, following clinical protocols.
• Assist with various obstetric procedures and delivery techniques.
• Educate patients and families on postpartum care, breastfeeding, and newborn care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document clinical observations, interventions, and patient responses accurately.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid State RN license.
• Possess at least 2 years of experience in Labor, Delivery, Postpartum, and Nursery.
• Demonstrate Level I obstetric experience.
• Maintain current certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NRP, STABLE, and AWHONN.
• Must not have negative background or employment history affecting processing timelines.
