Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology/Special Procedures Tech to join our team on a travel basis. This role involves performing advanced interventional procedures within a fast-paced hospital setting to support patient care and diagnostic needs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform peripheral angiography, angioplasty, stenting, embolization, thrombolysis, biopsy, paracentesis, and thoracentesis procedures.
• Operate and troubleshoot GE 4100 Innova imaging equipment to ensure optimal image quality.
• Maintain accurate documentation within MacLab and Meditech systems.
• Adhere to unit-specific policies, guidelines, and dress code requirements.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Manage on-call responsibilities and contribute to team efforts for quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RT license with specialization in Interventional Radiology or Special Procedures.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of critical care experience, preferably with cardiac cath lab or radiology interventional procedures.
• Possess ACLS certification.
• Exhibit strong technical skills with interventional radiology equipment and procedures.
• Display excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Be able to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with on-call duties.
