Job Summary:
Providing specialized respiratory care and diagnostics to patients across all age groups, the Respiratory Therapist plays a vital role in supporting the cardiopulmonary health of patients. The position involves administering evidence-based treatments and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' respiratory conditions through clinical evaluation and diagnostic testing.
• Administer prescribed respiratory treatments, including ventilator support and oxygen therapy.
• Monitor patient responses and modify treatments as needed to ensure safety and efficacy.
• Educate patients and families about respiratory care procedures and management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and clinical findings.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with licensing and certification requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold current registration by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC-RRT).
• Possess a valid state of Oregon Respiratory Care License.
• Maintain Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
• Have a minimum of two years of clinical experience in Respiratory Care preferred.
• Complete ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications.
