Job Summary:
The Respiratory Therapist provides critical and non-critical patient care, performing diagnostic and treatment procedures related to cardiopulmonary health. This role involves working with diverse patient populations across all age groups, utilizing evidence-based respiratory techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor respiratory treatments and therapies according to physician orders.
• Conduct diagnostic tests to assess patients’ cardiopulmonary status.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and treatment progress.
• Ensure compliance with credentialing, licensing, and safety standards.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding respiratory care.

Qualifications:

• Hold current registration with the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC-RRT).
• Possess an active Oregon Respiratory Care License.
• Maintain Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
• Demonstrate at least two years of clinical experience in Respiratory Care preferred.
• Have current ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications.
