Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional emergency care in a fast-paced hospital environment. The ideal candidate will possess the clinical expertise and composure necessary to handle critical patient situations effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and triage emergency patients to prioritize care needs.
• Administer IV insertions and perform phlebotomy procedures.
• Provide conscious sedation under established protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition.
• Document patient care accurately and maintain detailed records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid New York State RN License.
• Possess at least two years of recent emergency room experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in IV insertion and phlebotomy.
• Certified in BLS, PALS, ACLS, and TNCC (preferred for certain facilities).
• Successfully complete primary source verification of licensure through NYSED.
• Maintain current certifications and licensure as required.
