Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist evaluates and develops treatment plans to restore or improve patients' physical function following injury, surgery, or degenerative conditions. They utilize hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical conditions through interviews, observations, and medical history review.
• Diagnose movement dysfunction and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Educate and coach patients on therapeutic exercises and stretches to aid recovery.
• Apply manual therapy methods such as massage and muscular manipulation to relieve pain and promote healing.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress, care plans, and therapies.
• Communicate patient progress and clinical information effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Master’s Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Possess a valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Demonstrate strong documentation, verbal communication, and patient service skills.
• Have experience working directly with patients in long-term care or hospital settings.
• Show the ability to work effectively within a team and adapt care to diverse patient backgrounds.
