Job Summary:
Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapy services to patients. The role involves developing treatment plans, implementing therapy interventions, and monitoring patient progress to promote recovery and improve mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical conditions and determine appropriate therapy goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and therapies to support recovery.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess a Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Demonstrate clinical competence in physical therapy treatment techniques.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
