Job Summary:


Provide specialized nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical unit, ensuring their safety, comfort, and recovery. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.



Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ health status and develop individualized care plans.
  
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  
• Monitor patient progress and document clinical observations accurately.
  
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.
  
• Adhere to safety protocols, including maintaining a 6:1 patient-to-nurse ratio.
  
• Submit required documentation, including valid driver’s license with profile, as part of the onboarding process.
  
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
• Valid Registered Nurse license in good standing.
  
• Proven experience in Medical Surgical nursing.
  
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
  
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
  
• Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills.
  
• Demonstrate compliance with all required certifications and background checks.
