Job Summary:
Provides specialized occupational therapy services for pediatric patients, focusing on evaluation, treatment planning, and intervention to promote optimal functional outcomes. Works collaboratively with physicians and healthcare teams to restore and improve patient capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Assess pediatric patients' physical and cognitive functions to develop personalized therapy plans.
• Implement therapeutic treatments and activities designed to enhance motor skills, coordination, and daily living abilities.
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and strategies to support continued progress.
• Monitor and document patient responses to interventions, adjusting plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to all regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Occupational Therapist license in the relevant state or region.
• Possess a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Demonstrate experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in clinical or outpatient settings.
• Exhibit strong assessment and communication skills.
• Be proficient in developing and implementing therapy programs tailored to individual patient needs.
