Job Summary:
Seeking a highly experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor vital signs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and escalate care as needed.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid CA RN license and active BLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 3 years recent ICU nursing experience; 4 years preferred.
• Proficient in utilizing hospital electronic health records.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to float as needed and work flexible night shifts.
