Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a fast-paced hospital setting. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care while adhering to facility protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments following physicians' orders.
• Monitor patient progress and document findings accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care activities.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and escalate issues as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active South Carolina RN license or Compact license.
• Possess at least 2 years of recent med/surg, ortho, or neuro nursing experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Epic charting system.
• Be able to float within scope to meet unit and facility needs.
• Willing to work 3x12-hour day shifts, including every other weekend.
• First-time travelers considered based on experience and interview outcome.
