Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN for a 13-week contract. The ideal candidate will possess the skills and experience necessary to provide high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively within the ER setting.
• Assess patient conditions, prioritize care, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer medications and perform procedures such as trauma care, stroke management, and moderate sedation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient interactions and treatments accurately in the Meditech EMR system.
• Adhere to unit policies, dress code, and safety guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license and relevant state licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
• Current certifications in TNCC and ENPC; ACLS preferred.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask effectively.
• High energy, proactive personality, and strong interpersonal skills.
