Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Emergency Room RN candidates for a 13-week travel assignment. Candidates must have at least 2 years of ER experience to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Perform advanced procedures such as STEMI, Stroke/TPA, and RSI with proficiency.
• Utilize electronic medical records effectively to document patient interactions.
• Adhere to unit policies, safety protocols, and dress code requirements.
• Respond swiftly to critical situations, demonstrating high energy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license with a minimum of 2 years ER experience.
• BLS, ACLS, ENPC or PALS, BLS, CPI, TNCC certifications.
• Strong skills in neuro and cardiac care.
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced unit.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Prefer candidates with experience in units utilizing EMR systems.
