Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients within a medical-surgical unit, ensuring optimal recovery and well-being. Demonstrate clinical expertise and compassionate patient support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor and record patient symptoms, progress, and responses to interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.
• Document all clinical activities in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Demonstrate clinical experience in medical-surgical nursing.
• Possess strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Be proficient in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
• Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications.
