Job Summary:

Maintain and provide high-quality patient care to individuals undergoing medical-surgical treatments. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in health status.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and recovery.
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care efforts.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Possess at least 2 years of experience in medical-surgical nursing.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Maintain current BLS and ACLS certification.
• Able to work effectively in fast-paced healthcare environments.
