Job Summary:
Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients requiring urgent medical attention. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and effective treatment through proficient clinical skills and compassionate communication.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions promptly upon arrival and prioritize care based on acuity.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions following established protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain compliance with all hospital policies, safety standards, and certification requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid California RN license with current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
• Demonstrate ability to assess and manage emergency situations efficiently.
• Be able to work 3x12 hour evening shifts, with flexibility for every other weekend.
• Upload current work history verification and applicable certifications within specified timelines.
• Meet local candidate criteria and adhere to travel compliance policies.
