Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with expertise in Medical-Surgical care to provide comprehensive patient assessments, treatments, and education. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality nursing services in a fast-paced clinical environment, promoting patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and assess clinical needs regularly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans.
• Document patient status, interventions, and responses accurately in electronic health records.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Respond swiftly to patient emergencies, providing immediate and effective interventions.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Possess at least 1-2 years of experience in Medical-Surgical nursing.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of clinical practices and patient care standards.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Maintain current CPR and BLS certifications.
