Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specialized in Medical Surgical to provide exceptional patient care. The role involves managing a diverse patient population in a dynamic clinical environment, ensuring safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient records and clinical procedures.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license and current state licensure required.
• Proven experience in Medical Surgical nursing.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple patients effectively.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
