Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care and develop tailored treatment plans. This role involves evaluating and improving patient mobility and function to enhance quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized rehabilitation plans.
• Implement therapy interventions to improve motor skills and strength.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care plans.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Physical Therapist license in the applicable state.
• Demonstrate proficiency in patient evaluation and treatment planning.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Have previous experience in outpatient or inpatient settings preferred.
