Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing treatment plans to improve patients' physical function and mobility. The role involves collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver expert rehabilitative care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical abilities and diagnose mobility issues.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and recovery strategies.
• Record patients' progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in providing therapeutic treatment in clinical settings.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• BLS certification required.
