Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve patients' mobility and quality of life. They work closely with patients and healthcare teams to deliver effective therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and determine appropriate treatment strategies.
• Develop and modify treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical findings.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapies, and modalities to facilitate recovery.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and injury prevention techniques.
• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active State or Federal licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess a valid state license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of therapeutic procedures and modalities.
• Exhibit excellent communication and patient interaction skills.
• Maintain current CPR and BLS certifications.
• Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
