Job Summary:
Provide compassionate and efficient nursing assistance to patients in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. Ensure quality care and support under the supervision of nursing staff to promote patient well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and ambulation.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
• Document patient status and clinical observations accurately and timely.
• Follow infection control protocols, including COVID-19 vaccination and exemption documentation procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Adhere to facility policies regarding identification badges and PPE requirements.

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification for the state of practice.
• Valid identification as per facility requirements.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in float areas and adapt to different clinical settings.
• Prior experience in LTC/SNF preferred.
