Job Summary:
The Nursing Home Manager / Director oversees the daily operations of a long-term care or skilled nursing facility, ensuring quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards. The role involves leading staff, managing budgets, and maintaining high operational standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational policies to ensure smooth facility management.
• Lead and supervise clinical and administrative staff to deliver excellent patient care.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care facilities.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and expense control.
• Foster a positive environment that promotes staff development and patient satisfaction.
• Coordinate with healthcare teams to optimize resident care and safety.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid nursing home administrator license or relevant managerial credential.
• Demonstrate proven leadership experience in LTC/SNF settings.
• Possess strong knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be capable of managing budgets, staffing, and operational procedures.
• Have a minimum of 3-5 years of managerial experience in a healthcare setting.
