Job Summary:

Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide expert rehabilitation services and improve patient mobility. The candidate will deliver quality care according to established protocols and patient needs.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and establish treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and functional improvement.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and injury prevention techniques.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
• Adhere to facility policies, safety standards, and documentation requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active license as a Physical Therapist in the relevant state.
• Proven experience in clinical rehabilitation settings.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and patient assessment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications preferred.
