Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, focusing on improving mobility and functionality. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop customized treatment plans and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and identify therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy techniques accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress.
• Comply with all safety and ethical standards in clinical practice.

Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in providing outpatient or inpatient physical therapy.
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• BLS certification preferred.
