Job Summary:
The CT Tech is responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography imaging procedures to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment. This role requires expertise in operating CT equipment and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CT imaging equipment following established protocols and safety guidelines.
• Prepare patients for scans by explaining procedures, positioning, and ensuring patient comfort.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to deliver accurate diagnostic images.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of all imaging equipment.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, including radiation safety standards.
• Document procedures accurately and complete all required reports.

Qualifications:

• Valid ARRT (R) (CT) certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a CT Technologist.
• Proficient in operating Siemens CT equipment and familiar with EPIC EMR system.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Strong understanding of patient safety, positioning, and imaging techniques.
• Ability to work independently on 12-hour shifts including weekends.
