Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled CT Tech for a travel assignment at a busy hospital unit. The role involves operating and maintaining advanced CT imaging equipment to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of CT scans including CTA, ABD PELV, CAP PELV, and CAP procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
• Operate and troubleshoot GE CT scanners and related imaging equipment.
• Follow unit policies and adhere to safety protocols, including BLS requirements.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver efficient patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR system, Meditech.

Qualifications:

• Hold current ARRT (R) (CT) certification.
• Possess a minimum of 6 months of recent CT tech experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with GE equipment and Meditech EMR.
• Have BLS certification.
• Prefer candidates with night shift trauma experience and PACS knowledge.
• Exhibit strong critical thinking and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
