Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to critically ill newborns. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in neonatal clinical procedures and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

• Administer specialized care to neonates with complex health conditions including prematurity, congenital anomalies, and infections.
• Monitor patient vital signs, respond to emergencies, and implement treatment plans.
• Document patient progress accurately in the EPIC electronic medical record system.
• Perform advanced neonatal procedures such as chest tube management, full body cooling, and tracheostomy care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with all safety, clinical, and documentation standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid BLS, NRP, STABLE, and SC license required.
• Minimum of 2 years pediatric or NICU clinical experience.
• At least 1 year of EPIC EMR system experience.
• Demonstrated competence in procedures like art sun blanket roll, jet ventilation, and use of neonatal ventilators.
• Ability to float across units as needed, adhering to competency guidelines.
• Must possess current certification and license for neonatal care.
