Job Summary:
The Cath Lab Tech will perform specialized diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures in a fast-paced clinical environment. The role involves supporting cardiac catheterization, angiography, stent placements, and other related procedures to ensure optimal patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and operate all GE cardiology equipment for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterizations, angiograms, and stent placements.
• Ensure proper documentation of procedures using Meditech and MacLab systems.
• Maintain sterile field and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Monitor patient condition throughout procedures and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Collaborate with staff to uphold safety standards and provide patient education.

Qualifications:

• Valid RCIS certification required; ARRT certification preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting.
• Proficiency with GE cardiology equipment and Meditech/MacLab documentation systems.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
