Job Summary:
The Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) / Medical Technologist (MT) provides clinical laboratory testing services to support patient diagnosis and care. The role involves performing a variety of diagnostic tests accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced laboratory setting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of laboratory tests using standardized techniques and instrumentation.
• Analyze and interpret laboratory results to assist healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate documentation of test procedures and results.
• Ensure quality control and quality assurance protocols are followed consistently.
• Calibrate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Comply with all safety regulations and properly handle biological specimens and hazardous materials.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT) certification.
• Possess BLS Certification for healthcare providers.
• Be certified by recognized agencies such as ASCP, AMT, or equivalent.
• Demonstrate experience performing laboratory tests and equipment maintenance.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
