Job Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse for a Medical Surgical/Tele position at a renowned healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care during night shifts, ensuring compliance with all clinical standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans tailored to medical surgical and telehealth needs.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions following facility guidelines and protocols.
• Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms, ensuring prompt response to abnormal findings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and documentation accuracy.
• Complete required assessments, procedures, and reports within designated shift hours.
• Maintain compliance with all security, licensing, and certification requirements, including timely background checks and drug screens.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid and active Ohio license or compact state license in hand at the time of submission.
• Possess a minimum of 18 months of recent, full-time, perm experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry nursing.
• Be certified in BLS and ACLS, with all certifications current and active.
• Provide one recent professional reference from a manager, supervisor, or director within the past 12 months.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments.
• Pass a background check (BCI/FBI) within 48 hours of signing the contract.
