Job Details

Job Summary:
Provides specialized physical therapy services to patients to restore and enhance physical function, mobility, and overall well-being. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine patient needs and develop customized treatment protocols.
• Administer therapeutic interventions using appropriate clinical techniques and equipment.
• Develop and communicate individualized care and discharge plans to patients and care teams.
• Document patient progress accurately and within established deadlines.
• Supervise and mentor assigned physical therapy assistants.
• Perform other duties related to patient care and departmental objectives.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or foreign equivalent.
• Possess a valid state licensure in physical therapy.
• Demonstrate at least two years of physical therapy experience (preferred).
• Maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment skills and ability to develop treatment plans.
