Job Summary:


Provides comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency room setting, ensuring prompt, efficient, and high-quality treatment. Leads and supervises nursing staff while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and safety.



Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver emergency nursing care following established protocols and standards.
  
• Supervise and direct nursing staff, delegating tasks appropriately to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  
• Assess patient conditions rapidly, analyzing data to determine diagnoses and care priorities.
  
• Develop and implement care plans, adjusting interventions based on ongoing evaluations.
  
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment options, and discharge instructions.
  
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure seamless and effective care delivery.
  
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
• Current RN licensure in the practice state.
  
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  
• Emergency care experience is highly preferred.
  
• Hold valid certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CPI or TEAM.
  
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
