Job Summary:
Provide specialized critical care nursing in ICU settings, applying advanced clinical skills to support trauma, surgical, and neurological patients. Deliver comprehensive patient care while adhering to hospital protocols and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans for ICU patients.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and standards of care.
• Monitor vital signs, neurological status, and respiratory function continuously.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress, interventions, and response to treatments accurately.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, including trauma and neurological episodes.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license with active certification in ICU nursing.
• Have at least 2 years of ICU experience, including trauma, surgical, and neurological patient care.
• Demonstrate experience with Epic electronic medical records system.
• Possess current certifications in BLS and ACLS.
• Be able to work night shifts and travel as needed.
• Exhibit strong critical thinking, communication, and ability to work in high-pressure environments.
