Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced overnight CT Technologist with X-Ray certification to support orthopedic imaging services at a prominent hospital. The candidate will provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services in a low-volume, steady-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Siemens CT and X-ray equipment to perform diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Ensure compliance with NYS licensing, IV certification, and ARRT CT & R credentials.
• Prepare and position patients across various age groups, including pediatrics and geriatrics.
• Follow safety protocols, including patient movement and equipment handling exceeding 150 pounds.
• Document procedures accurately within the hospital’s Epic system.
• Rotate across multiple departments, supporting inpatient, outpatient, ER, and ICU settings.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid NYS license with IV certification at the time of application.
• Possess ARRT R & RCT certifications and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Siemens imaging equipment and portable X-ray procedures.
• Be able to lift and move patients/equipment safely, including weights over 150 pounds.
• Be willing to work overnight, Monday to Friday, with initial day shift training.
• BLS certification is required.
