Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant (MA) to support clinical teams in delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will assist physicians with patient preparation, technical tasks, and communication, ensuring a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
• Interview patients to gather pertinent health information.
• Perform technical tasks such as taking vital signs and administering basic tests.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families to address concerns and provide instructions.
• Support physicians by managing clinical documentation and maintaining sterile environments.
• Adapt to scheduling needs, including staying beyond scheduled hours when necessary.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional healthcare education preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of Medical Assistant experience in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR), preferably EPIC.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Certification (CMA or RMA) is highly desirable.
