Job Summary:
The GHR Program Manager position is a temporary-to-permanent role supporting clinical operations at a specialty medicine practice. The role involves assisting physicians and staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Support physicians in administering patient care, including patient preparation, interviewing, and technical tasks.
• Assist in maintaining a focus on patient and customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with the practice manager to facilitate efficient scheduling and shift coverage.
• Participate in EMR system training and ongoing documentation compliance.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families to ensure clear understanding of care processes.
• Adhere to all practice protocols, compliance requirements, and employment policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably with EPIC EMR systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours between 6:45 am and 6 pm, with extended hours on Tuesdays.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Must be able to quickly adapt and contribute with minimal training.
• Candidates must possess valid MA certification and meet all licensing requirements.
• Ability to work in Berwyn, PA, with reliable transportation to the location within 30 minutes or less.
