Job Summary:
Seeking a Certified OR Tech with expertise in multiple specialties including ortho, neuro, general, ENT, urology, OB/gyn, and Trauma. The ideal candidate will provide skilled perioperative support in a fast-paced acute care hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons and surgical teams in the operating room with instrumentation and equipment management.
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
• Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and supplies prior to procedures.
• Document procedure details accurately in the electronic medical record system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient safety and quality care.
• Float within scope to meet facility needs and support various surgical specialties as required.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active NBSTSA certification as an Operating Room Technician.
• Possess at least 3 years of OR experience, including 1 year of travel experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in EPIC charting; EPIC experience preferred.
• Maintain current CA State RN license and uploaded Nursys verification within the last 2 weeks.
• Hold valid AHA or ARC certifications with expiration dates documented.
• Be able to work every other weekend and be flexible with occasional floating.
