Job Summary:
Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients in a combined medical-surgical and behavioral health unit. Collaborate with the care team to ensure effective patient outcomes while maintaining compliance with facility standards and protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and perform clinical procedures accurately.
• Monitor patient progress and document findings in the EPIC charting system.
• Collaborate with physicians, behavioral health specialists, and support staff to coordinate care.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies during 12-hour night shifts.
• Follow hospital policies regarding unit operations and patient safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Current South Carolina RN license or Multi-State/Compact State license.
• Minimum of 1 year of medical-surgical nursing experience.
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record system preferred.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications are a plus.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
