Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive medical-surgical nursing care to adult patients, ensuring safety, comfort, and effective treatment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient outcomes in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures per physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in clinical status.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care and health maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Valid South Carolina RN license or valid Compact State license.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent MedSurg or Telemetry nursing experience.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS and NIHSS preferred.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Med/Surg, Telemetry, and insulin management.
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and flex to support unit needs.
• Excellent communication and clinical skills.
