Job Summary:
Provides specialized physical therapy services to patients recovering from injury or illness, aiming to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life. Assesses individual patient needs and develops personalized treatment plans to promote physical rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions through comprehensive assessments.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and home care strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current Montana state licensure to practice Physical Therapy.
• Successfully completed an accredited physical therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Demonstrate an empathetic, patient-centered approach with sound clinical judgment.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
