Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical conditions through detailed evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans.
• Deliver direct patient care and therapeutic interventions to promote mobility and function.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state-issued license as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess a degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and patient care abilities.
• Maintain current knowledge of physical therapy best practices.
