Job Summary:
Seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse for the IMC/PCU/Stepdown unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment, ensuring safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Monitor patient vital signs and observe for any changes or complications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient information in electronic medical records accurately.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active RN licensure.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in IMC, PCU, or stepdown units.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
