Job Summary:
Assess, plan, and implement comprehensive emergency care for patients in a fast-paced ER environment. Provide high-quality acute care, ensuring patient safety and comfort during critical moments.

Responsibilities:

• Administer emergency treatments and interventions based on patient assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions continuously, adjusting treatments accordingly.
• Document patient care and medical interventions accurately and promptly.
• Float to psychiatric hold areas as needed to support staff and patient needs.
• Respond to call and holiday rotations, working every other weekend shift.

Qualifications:

• Hold current RN license and active BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and CPI certifications.
• Possess at least 2 years of ER nursing experience, including a minimum of 1 year of recent travel ER experience.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Exhibit flexibility to float within different units and manage overtime shifts.
• Be able to work 12-hour night shifts from 7p to 7:30a.
