Job Summary:

Provide high-quality nursing care to emergency room patients in a fast-paced environment. Maintain patient safety and comfort while managing acute medical conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient conditions upon arrival.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families about treatments and discharge instructions.
• Respond quickly to emergency situations and intervene accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse license.
• Require recent experience in emergency room or critical care settings.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking and fast decision-making skills.
• Possess current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to work 7 PM to 7:30 AM, with every other weekend rotation.
• Show excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
